Hey, just an inside info: Virtua is not that much better than Velox. I had a week of hell when I chose them as my new ISP. Man, the things we hear on their SAC. And the technician they sent one time - completely stupid. I knew more about the computer and internet connections than the stupid guy.
I know this is not standard, but just a hint. So you don't be that bothered and realize we are all in the same ship. And this ship is sailed. ;p
