Yep, more on HBP...

A friend told me that in some werewolf lores it's believed that if a person bitten by a werewolf kills the werewolf who cursed him, he no longer is a werewolf! Could this be the reason why JKR introduced us to Fenrir Greyback as the one who cursed poor Remus?

I'm surprised that so many people think that H/G happened out of the blue! I mean, Ginny had a crush on Harry since she was 10 years old! Harry never noticed her, I will give you that, but only until book 5, where he not only started to notice her, but was encouraged by RON at the end to date her - yes, I know, Ron was probably kidding, but still... Then on book 6 we have him spending the summer with her and being sorry she is not travelling with him on the Hogwarts Express! Not to mention the flowery scent from the love potion! AND the monster inside Harry, who growled when he saw Ginny kissing Dean? So perfect and so FUNNY! Also, LOVED their fist kiss, LOVED IT! XD So, no, I didn't think it was rushed - Remus and Tonks on the other hand...where did that come from? No, sirusly, forget that I'm a R/S shipper, we had no build up to THEM! We HAD for H/G, though! ;)

Man, it's been a looooong time since I post something AtE related! ;) But I just had to post this because of the many things that happened in book 6 that Arabella and Zsenya had foreshadowed in AtE! H/G! R/H! Bill/Fleur - and I still prefer AtE!Fleur over Canon!Fleur! Weasley Wizard Whezzes' products helping in the war! Percy betraying his family (ok, that happened in book 5, but persists in book 6)! The attack at Hogwarts, and Draco being involved! Dumbledore's death (though even I suspected he would die anyway)! The closure of the school (though that's not confirmed until book 7)! Harry going to Godric's Hollow and visiting his parents' graves (also, not until book 7)! And I still think we will have something like the Expectro Sacrificum (the "love spell" to kill Voldemort) at the end of the series...undoubtely made up by Hermione! ;)

...if they are leaving school to search the Horcruxes and kill Voldemort, they won't study...but will they still be able to take their NEWTS? Or could they become Auror's/whatever without them seing everything that's happening in the wizarding world?

Not to mention the flowery scent from the love potion!

That, for me, was the dead giveaway that it was going to happen in this book. Even though silly Harry may not have realized at the time ;)

I KNEW H/G was going to happen, but I sure didn't know it would be in THIS book! When they kissed it was such a surprise for me! And the scene was soooo perfect! :D

and to think people say ginny is a flirt in the 6th book. grrr! i still think they deliberately skipped the word "ginny" in the past 5 books.

Yeah, they skipped Ginny and didn't assimilate all Hermione's little and adorable and suitable imperfections... ;)

I still think they ARE comingo back. Something on their quest is going to point to Hogwarts, and they'll have no other choise but to go back. Besides, JK always said that she was going to write about Harry's SEVEN years on Hogwarts... (or am I going that nuts?)

And when Harry thinks about some flowery scent from the Burrow, it was immediate for me to link it with Ginny. THEY WERE MADE FOR EACH OTHER!

Pu-lease! The moment Harry defeats Voldie, he is going to run to Ginny's arms! ;)

The 'Ginny's been a non-entity' stuff makes me look at the self-deluders funny (that, and the venom, and the hysterics, etc.). How many times do we ALL have to be reminded, these are from Harry's PoV? If he didn't see Ginny being her normal self because she clammed up around him, the reader is not going to see it, the reader have to be told.

If she decides to straighten her back and start dating around because Harry's an oblivious git, that just shows she's a strong-minded and emotionally flexible young woman.

If she accepts his PeterParker at the end of HBP, it's because she's confident enough in herself to know she'll be there for him no matter what he says, and in what he feels for her. She knows he's pretty much devoted to her family as a whole anyway.

I agree with every word you said! ;)

LOL, thanks, it was my friend [livejournal.com profile] beta_jackman who made it for me! :D

As for the username: I was so thrilled when I came up with it, about 8 years ago...then I thought it was pretentious(sp?)...now it's my second identity, so... ;) THANKS! :D
